Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the 89jl platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on 89jl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Age Restriction: 89jl strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. If we have reason to believe that a registered user is under 21, we will suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 89jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 89jl relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 89jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 89jl immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
89jl may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when required by applicable regulations. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
89jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 89jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. 89jl reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with 89jl's standard processing schedule. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within one hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
89jl reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Funds deposited through a particular payment method may be required to be withdrawn through the same method where technically feasible.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 89jl reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to applicable law. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
All games available on the 89jl Platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently determined and are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any other external factor. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate and are applied consistently across all sessions.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 89jl's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result. Technical malfunctions — including but not limited to disconnections, display errors, or software bugs — void all affected game rounds. Any wagers placed during a confirmed malfunction will be refunded to your account balance.
89jl reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a technical error, software fault, or human error on the part of 89jl staff. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the player's account.
89jl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

All content on the 89jl Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the property of 89jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 89jl. Any unauthorized use of 89jl's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
89jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
89jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 89jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 89jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
You may close your 89jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no investigation is pending.
89jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, 89jl reserves the right to forfeit your account balance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 89jl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable Philippine law.
89jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1 above.
